Different quantities of copper oxide nanoparticles incorporated feed on growth and haematological parameters Tilapia Oreochromis mossambicus

Copper oxide nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized using by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscope, EDAX, X-Ray Diffraction Fourier Transform Inferior Spectroscopy. Six feeds prepared a fish meal, groundnut oil cake, wheat flour tapioca different quantities of copper such as 0,20, 40, 60, 80 100 mg/100g feed. Feed utilization haematological parameters estimated after 21 days. The UV-visible absorption spectra show that CuO NPs measured in wavelengths within 200 to 300 nm exhibited strong adsorption at 220 nm. SEM images the observed wavelength range 9.18 EDAX spectrum recorded two peaks located on 0.9 KeV 8 KeV. XRD from 75 FT-IR was 400-4000 cm. final condition factor Tilapia higher when compared initial. feed consumption is V (8.03) lower I (4.83). conversion efficiency VI (7.6±6.9) IV (2.4+1.4). ratio best IV.
